VII Urban and Landscape Days, 22-24 April 2010, Tallinn

The VII Urban and Landscape Days bring together international experts of urban studies, architecture, landscape architecture, design and engineering, as well as activists and social entrepreneurs. The programme consists of keynote lectures, parallel research panels, plenary discussions and tactical workshops in Tallinn region. Main venue is Kanuti Guild Hall with parallel sessions in the Faculty of Architecture. Special track is dedicated to student work of the Academy.

Keynote speakers are architect Henning Thomsen from Gehl Architects (Denmark), Dr. Sabine Knierbein from TU Vienna (Austria), Professor, Dr. Dago Antov, Stratum Oü (Estonia) and Professor, Dr. Zane Berzina, Art College Berlin-Weißensee (Germany).

ULD7 is organised by the Chairs of Urban Studies and Urban Landscapes at the Estonian Academy of Arts. Organising committee: Katrin Koov, Panu Lehtovuori, Lilia del Rio, Jüri Soolep. The event is free of charge. Conference language is English.
