The academic year begins on September 1 with a opening ceremony
Estonian University of Life Sciences will start the new academic year on September 1 at 12 noon with a opening ceremony, which will take place in front of the EMÜ Sports Hall (Kreutzwaldi 3).
Students are greeted by the Rector of Estonian University of Life Sciences Mait Klaassen, the vice rector of Studies professor Endla Reintam and the Chairman of the Student Council Jana Prutenskaja.
The university family is also to be greeted by the Deputy Mayor of Tartu Reno Laidre and the chairman of the alumni association Argo Normak. The chamber choir of Estonian University of Life Sciences Camerata Universitatis conducted by Seidi Mutso will perform at ceremony.
