Applying for Programme "Veterinary Medicine"

To apply for programme "Veterinary Medicine" secondary education or a corresponding qualification is required.

 The following education documents must be uploaded to the online application system:

* Senior Secondary School Certificate (Ijazah Sekolah Menengah Atas, SMA)
* State Examination Certificate (Surat Keterangan Hasil Ujian Nasional)
* Mark Sheet (Daftar Nilai)

To send your documents by post, please make sure that the copies of educational documents that you are sending have been officially certified (by the issuing institution or by a notary) and that certified translations into English are included.

Applying for Master's Programmes

To apply for master’s studies a bachelor’s degree, a diploma of professional higher education or a corresponding qualification is required.

When applying for a Master’s programme, please submit all the above listed documents (secondary education documents) as well as:

* Bachelor's degree diploma (Sarjana)
* Bachelor's degree academic transcript
