Staff mobility

Incoming staff

In order to apply for mobility to the Estonian University of Life Sciences (EMÜ) within Erasmus+ ICM project one needs to turn to the International Relations Office (IRO) at their home university to check if they have an agreement with EMÜ and if there are finances available within this agreement (You may find the whole list of EMÜ's current partners here). In order to apply for the mobility, one needs to send their IRO a CV, motivation letter, copy of passport, and possible topics of the lectures to be taught at EMÜ during the mobility.

Once you are chosen to participate in the mobility by your home university, it will then nominate you to the EMÜ coordinator. EMÜ coordinator will find You a contact person, who will host you at EMÜ. You will discuss the exact time and content of the mobility with the potential host. Once you will have reached an agreement, you will then fill in the following two documents and send them to the coordinator of the Erasmus+ ICM project at EMÜ Ms. Anastassia Safonova anastassia.safonova@emu.ee for confirmation.
