The reports should be submitted by the 19rd of August 2023.
For evaluation prepare presentation up to 4 slides:
1. Theme and supervisor;
2. Actual state of PhD thesis (with oral explanation);
3. If there are any, then articles published pursuant to ETIS classification and formation.
Veterinary Medicine and Food Science

Please:
1. Send your evaluation report prepared in the prescribed format and the valid individual plan to Andres Aland (andres.aland@emu.ee) by 8th of June, 2023 at the latest.
2. Prepare four to ten PP slides with the following information:
- Thesis topic and supervisor(s);
- The current status of the thesis according to the valid individual plan (provide appropriate oral explanations);
- Articles published or in preparation, according to the classification scheme of the Estonian Research Information System (ETIS);
- Overview of future work.
3. Coordinate with your supervisor(s) to make sure that:
- Your personal data and achievements are correctly stored in ETIS;
- Your grades and earned credits displayed in the Study Information System (ÕIS) are correct.
For doctoral students who cannot participate in the June assessment due to academic leave, secondment or other reasons, will be evaluation on August 25, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. Please send your evaluation report in the prescribed format and the valid individual plan to Andres Aland (andres.aland@emu.ee) by August 18, 2023 at the latest. If necessary, the principal supervisor shall send her written evaluation letter to the evaluation committee before the assessment. The supervisor’s participation is similar to the evaluation in June.
