Prof. Rajeev Bhat's new book (Ed.) titled 'Valorization of Agri-Food Wastes and By-Products: Recent Trends, Innovations, and Sustainability Challenges' (Paperback ISBN: 9780128240441) was officially released by Ülle Jaakma (Vice-Rector for Research) and Toomas Tiirats (Director, Institute of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Sciences), Estonian University of Life Sciences, Tartu on September 10, 2021).
The book is published by highly recognized and prestigious publisher Elsevier Sciences (Academic Press, UK). Speaking on the occasion, Ülle Jaakma congratulated Rajeev (Professor & Chair holder ERA-Chair in Valortech) and expressed her immense happiness on this significant contribution to the University, Estonian agri-food sector and to the global scientific community.
