Erasmus+ credit mobility incoming
Incoming students
Application procedure
Please turn to the International Relations office at your home university to find out if they have an agreement with the Estonian University of Life Sciences and how can one apply for the Erasmus+ mobility.
The procedure is as follows:
Exchange Application Form
First, the coordinator of your home university needs to nominate you by sending an e-mail to anastassia.safonova@emu.ee with the following information:
- Your full name
- Field of study
- Study cycle (Bachelor's, Master's, Doctoral)
- Date of Birth
- Gender

Then we will contact you to agree on a meeting for an online interview.
In case of a successful interview, we will register you in our application system SoleMOVE, create an account for you, and then you will prepare your application. For the application, you will need the following documents:

The Transcript of Records is the list of your study results. Ask for the transcript from your own university. This document should be in English.
- Language Certificate
Exchange students whose primary language is not English must meet level B2 requirements for English proficiency according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). Please view these requirements here: European Levels.
Documented evidence is needed to demonstrate your English language proficiency - an official letter from a language instructor at your university stating the student's language level on CEFR scale or if you have taken an international test of the English language (TOEFL, IELTS, etc.), please send us a copy of the test score. Minimum TOEFL iBT: 61; IELTS (academic): 5.0 p.
If needed, the incoming students coordinator can also conduct a Skype interview with the applicants to determine their language skills.
- Copy of your ID or passport
- CV
- Passport style photo
- Motivation letter - maximum 1 page
In the application, you're required to choose the courses you're interested in following while at EMÜ under "Proposed study plan". The full list of courses we offer to international students in English is available HERE
After your application has been reviewed and you've been approved for all courses, the coordinator at EMÜ will inform you when it's time to prepare your Learning Agreement.
