WE CONSIDER WORK-LIFE BALANCE IMPORTANT

  • University employees have 35 days of annual leave, while academic staff have 42 or 56 calendar days. Members of the occupational health council and representatives receive three or five additional leave days.

  • Employees are entitled to up to three paid days off per year for personal important events.

  • From June 25 to August 20, we shorten working hours to 3:00 PM when possible, while maintaining salaries.
