I am responsible for the preparation of employment contracts, contract amendments, and the issuance of certificates for the Institute of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Sciences and the support structure. I also support the recruitment of non-academic staff and contribute to the planning and implementation of IT solutions and developments in the HR department to enhance modern and efficient work processes.
