We consider work-life balance important

  • University employees have 35 days of annual leave, while academic staff have 42 or 56 calendar days.
  • Members of the occupational health council and representatives receive three or five additional leave days.
  • Employees are entitled to up to three paid days off per year for personal important events.
  • From June 25 to August 20, we shorten working hours to 3:00 PM when possible, while maintaining salaries.

We promote employee health

  • Employees working with computers are provided a subsidy for the purchase of glasses.
  • The campus offers hiking trails and a sports facility where you can engage in sports at discounted rates and enjoy massage services.
  • We have a caring and employee-valuing occupational health partner for conducting health checks.
  • Staff members have three paid health days per year.
  • We support the promotion of employee health through a health fund, covering expenses such as sports, massages, as well as dental and rehabilitation services, psychological treatment, and physiotherapy.
  • To support the mental health of employees, we offer free psychological services.
  • We encourage physical activity and mental well-being through wellness events, competitions, and training sessions.
