- University employees have 35 days of annual leave, while academic staff have 42 or 56 calendar days.
- Members of the occupational health council and representatives receive three or five additional leave days.
- Employees are entitled to up to three paid days off per year for personal important events.
- From June 25 to August 20, we shorten working hours to 3:00 PM when possible, while maintaining salaries.
