Lecture "Harmonizing land use and biodiversity conservation in multifunctional landscapes: opportunities and challenges"

On Wednesday, April 10 at 10.00 AM, in room D239, Kreutzwaldi 5, Prof. Michael Beckmann from the Helmholtz Centre for Environmental Research (UFZ) in Germany is giving a lecture titled "Harmonizing land use and biodiversity conservation in multifunctional landscapes: opportunities and challenges."

Prof. Michael Beckmann is the head of the research group on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services (BIOECOS) at UFZ. His primary research interests encompass ecosystem services and biodiversity, human-environment interactions, landscape ecology, land use, and invasive plant species.
