Before you start appyling for Erasmus exchange at EMÜ, your home university has to send us a nomination (see deadlines below).

Once nominated, we will register you in our application system SoleMOVE and provide login details.
Required Documents:
After submission, applications take 4–6 weeks for review. Once approved, you will receive instructions for your Learning Agreement, followed by a Letter of Acceptance.
Orientation for Autumn 2025/2026 students: Last week of August.
Orientation for Spring 2025/2026 students: Last week of January.
